[Case Study] Yamanashi Prefecture Uchu Brewing Co.

Only a mono pump was installed under the mash tun! An example where the entire dewatering system was placed outdoors through piping.

We would like to introduce a case where a dedicated malt processing system was implemented at Uchuu Brewing in Yamanashi Prefecture. For some time, the handling of the large amounts of malt residue generated daily and the hygiene environment had been raised as issues within the company, and we received inquiries regarding processing methods. Inside, we installed only a mono pump under the mash tun, and the entire dewatering system was set up outdoors. Additionally, to prevent freezing during the winter, we installed floodlights. We would like to introduce a case where a dedicated malt processing device was installed for a craft whiskey maker in Kumamoto Prefecture. With the establishment of the new distillery, a malt residue dewatering machine was introduced. Due to the request to discharge the entire amount of malt from the mash tun (1 ton) at once, we designed a large-sized temporary receiving hopper. Since the installation space was limited, the entire system was designed and arranged in an L-shape. We would like to introduce a case where a malt-specific device was installed for a craft whiskey maker in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to the production of over one ton of malt residue at a time, they faced challenges such as increased industrial waste costs and odor issues caused by decay. [Case Study] Thai Beverage Co., Ltd. (Thailand)

The efficiency of the entire process from crushing to dewatering has significantly improved! The juice yield has also increased by 30%.

We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of the DM60 model to Thai Beverage in Thailand. They requested to increase the extraction volume of pineapples, which are the raw material for a brandy called Medillian, and to improve the yield. We proposed the maximum size DM60 model to juice 40 tons of pineapples per day. Since the crushing granularity of the crusher manufactured in Thailand was coarse and caused clogging in the dewatering machine, we collaborated with a local partner company to add an original crusher as additional equipment. [Case Study] Dehydrating 50 tons of vegetable waste per day

Two DM60 units with a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour have been installed and are designed to operate for 8 hours to dehydrate a total of approximately 50 tons of vegetable residue. Although the processing capacity is the same (DM60 model), the equipment on the left and right is used differently based on the nature of the materials (the right machine is for vegetable and fruit residues for feed production, while the left machine is for composting vegetable and fruit residues).
