■Sales of Organic Acids This business involves selling organic acids, including citric acid, to daily goods manufacturers (such as detergents and cosmetics) and food manufacturers. Most of the organic acids sold are imported from overseas, and negotiating with overseas manufacturers is also an important part of the job. ■Contract Manufacturing of Fermented Products Fermentation is a manufacturing method that is difficult for stable and large-scale production. We have been involved in fermentation for many years and possess the "manufacturing technology for fermented products" based on our experience and knowledge. With this technological capability, we assist our customers in bringing their development results and fermented products to market. ■Contract Manufacturing of Powdered Foods We provide technology for processing powdered materials (crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, and tableting) to our customers. We mass-produce powdered foods developed by customers in the lab at our factory. In addition to factory production, we focus on product development in collaboration with customers, from product design and raw material formulation proposals in the laboratory to prototype production using small machines. ■Methane Fermentation Treatment of Organic Waste Our company uses fermentation technology called methane fermentation to decompose waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Furthermore, we also produce energy, such as electricity, from the gas generated after decomposition.
