Free membership registrationAt Takamaru Industrial Co., Ltd., we are developing a system that enables easy remote welding operations through the introduction of an offline teaching system and real image integration. By fixing the temporarily welded workpiece on a turntable, the position and conditions can be set on a PC, and the robot can execute the welding operation directly. This allows for efficient and safer operations even in environments with small-batch, diverse production, contributing to the elimination of dependency on specific individuals and improving productivity. 【Features】 ■ Planned compatibility with all robot manufacturers (currently compatible with two companies) ■ Even new employees can easily perform welding operations as long as they can use a PC ■ Well-suited for small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in diverse small-batch production or custom production "WELDEMOTO" is a registered trademark. (Registration No. 6873783) *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Free membership registrationAt Hoyu Welding Co., Ltd., we receive many orders for small-lot production of sheet metal and can manufacturing from large machinery and automobile manufacturers, and until now, these have been handled solely by manual labor. One of the challenges has been the difficulty in securing and training personnel since our founding, and due to the time-consuming nature of manufacturing, there have often been instances of excessive overtime. Additionally, there have been variations in welding quality depending on the operator. In response, we proposed a welding robot system for small-lot production. As this is our first introduction of robots, we cannot afford any failures; therefore, prior to implementation, we conducted verification of the robot installation at the RTC (Robot Technical Center). This allows us to confidently use the system, as we can perform verification with actual customer products at the RTC. Furthermore, we had 2 to 3 employees attend the "Industrial Robot Safety Training" at the RTC, and we were very pleased to learn that they could provide one-stop support in this area as well.

Free membership registrationThis system performs no teaching tasks for the robot at all; it automatically creates appropriate robot operation programs and executes tasks simply by inputting six types of information into the control panel: rotation angle, distance between centers, hole diameter/side 1, side 2/R, shape, and tilt angle. The system consists of a turntable equipped with a 6-axis robot and a workpiece, with the work target, a mirror plate, loaded onto the turntable using a crane or similar equipment. It is completed by fixing the mirror plate so that its center aligns with the center of the turntable using a centering jig. **Features** - Simplifies complex tasks - Usable without knowledge of robots or 3D CAD - Can be introduced at a low cost - The robot automatically creates complex 3D programs just by inputting specified numerical values - Capable of performing marking tasks and plasma cutting tasks on 3D curved surfaces **Exhibiting at the 2022 International Welding Show** Date: July 13 (Wed) to July 16 (Sat), 2022, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (until 4:00 PM on the last day) Venue: Tokyo Big Sight, Halls 4, 5, 6, and 7 Booth: E-745 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationAt Hoyu Welding Co., Ltd., we have often struggled with securing and training personnel since our establishment. Additionally, due to the time required for manufacturing, we frequently imposed unreasonable overtime, and there were instances of variability in welding quality depending on the operator. By learning about the "Robot Introduction Demonstration Project Subsidy," we gained a new partner in the form of a robot system integrator (SIer) and decided to challenge ourselves by introducing a welding robot system for small-lot production of various types. The welding robot system, introduced with the help of the robot subsidy, has been performing exceptionally well right from the start. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationAt Izox Corporation, humans perform scanning tasks by walking around objects, but this process is affected by environmental factors (such as instability, vibration, and temperature changes) and the user's abilities, leading to significant issues not only in achieving high-precision measurements but also in efficiency. Therefore, we utilized the FS subsidy program to create application documents on the theme of "Effectiveness Study on the Introduction of Robot Scanners." We were able to be selected for the "Robot Introduction FS Subsidy Program," which we applied for in a short period. By conducting a demonstration project with robots at RTC and analyzing the data obtained from the robot scanning system, we found that it is possible to achieve scanning with a level of precision that is incomparable to that of human scanning tasks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationOur company has been a machinery manufacturer engaged in robot system integration for over 40 years. Due to the influence of automotive and home appliance manufacturers that quickly adopted robots into their production lines, there is a prevailing misconception that robots are only suitable for mass production. However, the true value of robots is demonstrated in the environments of small and medium-sized enterprises that engage in small-batch, diverse production. The data accumulated from processing with robots can be utilized for subsequent processing, allowing even new employees to perform tasks on par with veteran craftsmen. For small and medium-sized enterprises struggling to hire young talent, introducing robots can also be effective in attracting suitable candidates interested in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, our company has robot technical centers in Tokyo and Hyogo Prefecture, where we provide training for personnel capable of handling robots and conduct pre-implementation testing with actual machines. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWhen it comes to large-scale robot systems that integrate the entire line, various equipment and robots from multiple manufacturers may be required. In such cases, personnel who can handle each piece of equipment and operators who can manage each robot become necessary, leading to ambiguity regarding responsibility. Wouldn't it be nice to have a company that can oversee the entire line as a whole? Our company leverages the strength of having operators who can handle robots from seven major domestic manufacturers, allowing us to consistently manage such large-scale robot systems. Furthermore, with the operation of our Nishinomiya factory, we can even conduct trial runs of the entire line in-house before shipment. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
