At Izox Corporation, humans perform scanning tasks by walking around objects, but this process is affected by environmental factors (such as instability, vibration, and temperature changes) and the user's abilities, leading to significant issues not only in achieving high-precision measurements but also in efficiency. Therefore, we utilized the FS subsidy program to create application documents on the theme of "Effectiveness Study on the Introduction of Robot Scanners." We were able to be selected for the "Robot Introduction FS Subsidy Program," which we applied for in a short period. By conducting a demonstration project with robots at RTC and analyzing the data obtained from the robot scanning system, we found that it is possible to achieve scanning with a level of precision that is incomparable to that of human scanning tasks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

At Hoyu Welding Co., Ltd., we have often struggled with securing and training personnel since our establishment. Additionally, due to the time required for manufacturing, we frequently imposed unreasonable overtime, and there were instances of variability in welding quality depending on the operator. By learning about the "Robot Introduction Demonstration Project Subsidy," we gained a new partner in the form of a robot system integrator (SIer) and decided to challenge ourselves by introducing a welding robot system for small-lot production of various types. At Hoyu Welding Co., Ltd., we receive many orders for small-lot production of sheet metal and can manufacturing from large machinery and automobile manufacturers, and until now, these have been handled solely by manual labor. One of the challenges has been the difficulty in securing and training personnel since our founding, and due to the time-consuming nature of manufacturing, there have often been instances of excessive overtime. Additionally, there have been variations in welding quality depending on the operator. In response, we proposed a welding robot system for small-lot production. As this is our first introduction of robots, we cannot afford any failures; therefore, prior to implementation, we conducted verification of the robot installation at the RTC (Robot Technical Center). This allows us to confidently use the system, as we can perform verification with actual customer products at the RTC. Furthermore, we had 2 to 3 employees attend the "Industrial Robot Safety Training" at the RTC, and we were very pleased to learn that they could provide one-stop support in this area as well.
