Our main business involves dispatching inspectors to production factories for sampling inspections based on the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 standard. We verify on behalf of our customers whether the products meet the specifications. The sampling inspections reveal trends and characteristics of defects, contributing to quality improvement. Additionally, they are valuable as criteria for shipment approval.
Business Activities
■ AQL INSPECTION & QC SERVICE We provide quality information to determine the shipping feasibility by inspecting according to AQL sampling inspection standards, ensuring that production meets the quality standards required by the customer. ■ FULL INSPECTION & PACKING SERVICE To more reliably reduce the defect rate of products being shipped, we conduct full inspections and sort out good products. ■ FACTORY EVALUATION We perform document verification and manufacturing process checks on behalf of the customer. ■ Meeting Our Japanese staff will conduct meetings on behalf of the traveler and assist with confirmation matters.
