Tsunezawa, the fish cutter, has been dedicated to the development and manufacturing of industrial machinery since its establishment as Keikon Iron Works in the first year of the Taisho era. Recently, the seafood processing industry has been facing a chronic labor shortage, while at the same time, there is an increasing demand for the supply of high-quality and diverse products that meet consumer needs, as well as the necessity for improved work efficiency to accelerate distribution. This has made the rationalization and streamlining of operations an urgent task.
