Monoleia is a screening machine developed by Daiheiyou Kiko Co., Ltd. that applies a new separation technology domestically by performing screening in three dimensions. Monoleia is equipped with multiple layers of screens, with the mesh size decreasing sequentially from the upper layer. Each layer of the screen is installed at a different angle. Therefore, screening is performed using screens with a mesh size approximately 1.5 to 2.0 times larger than the desired separation point, based on the mesh size and inclination angle. As a result, particles in each layer achieve a fully open state, allowing for a large processing capacity and making it less prone to clogging.
