The "Disk Dryer" features a main shaft that passes through a fixed tank, with multiple disks (thin circular heating plates) mounted at equal intervals. It continuously rotates to stir the raw materials, utilizing an indirect heating method through the heating plates, shaft, and jacket. Despite its compact size, it employs an internal structure that maximizes the heat transfer area, achieving highly efficient raw material drying. The "Ribbon Mixer" employs a uniquely developed double ribbon-shaped blade, allowing the inner and outer blades to circulate and shear the materials in opposite directions, enabling efficient dispersion and mixing.
