The "SCL-7WBA" is a fully automatic machine that transports motors introduced from the previous process into the device using lift & carry, performs rough and finish cutting of the commutator, and brushes to remove chips before discharging. By supporting the shaft with a diamond V-block, it allows for commutator cutting, achieving concentricity between the shaft and the commutator. The "SCL-3SS" is a device that cuts the outer diameter of a micro motor's commutator using a special shaving bit, and deburrs it with a brush after cutting. It is a semi-automatic machine that sets the workpiece on a diamond V block and executes the cutting cycle when the start button is pressed. This document presents the purification performance test results of a prototype automotive exhaust gas purification device, which is formed in a honeycomb shape by layering a corrugated wire mesh made of SUS wire knitted in a jersey pattern and a plain woven wire mesh. Based on these results, two new products have been developed. These can be applied not only to automobiles but also to exhaust gas purification devices for construction machinery and generators. The workpiece is set on a diamond V-block, and by pressing the start button, it executes the cutting cycle and deburring with a brush in a semi-automatic manner.
