Sekine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has the technical capability to consistently manufacture large, high-precision products from design to parts production and assembly. We possess high-speed machining, 3D design, and a quasi-constant temperature assembly factory. In the "Aerospace Division," we manufacture and assemble aviation support equipment and testing research equipment; in the "Sheet Metal Division," we manufacture and assemble parts for special vehicles (such as garbage collection vehicles, among others); in the "Press Division," we manufacture metal press parts such as automotive components; in the "Design Division," we provide 3D CAD/CAM CATIA design and design support (dispatch) as well as program creation (including 5-axis); and in the "Construction Division," we engage in construction projects primarily involving steel frames (such as stores, factories, and residences), welding and canning processing of large equipment, and the production and assembly of factory equipment and plants.

○ Aviation Division → Manufacturing and assembly of aviation support equipment and testing research equipment → Design and production of various jigs [assembly jigs, adhesive jigs, dollies, workbenches, etc.] → Simultaneous 3-axis machining using machining centers → Precision assembly and inspection/measurement using layout machines ○ Sheet Metal Division → Manufacturing and assembly of parts for special vehicles [garbage collection vehicles, etc.] → Production of prototypes [including jig design and manufacturing] → Sheet metal and welding processing such as TIG and MIG → CO2 laser processing → 300-ton bender and other forming processes ○ Press Division → Manufacturing of metal press parts such as automotive components → Processing with a 200-ton gantry press and progressive processing → Processing with a 150-ton W crank press and a 110-ton press → Production of prototypes ○ Design Division → 3D CAD/CAM CATIA design and design support (dispatch) → Creation of NC programs (including 5-axis) ○ Construction Division → Construction projects primarily involving steel structures [stores, factories, residences, etc.] → Welding and fabrication of large equipment → Manufacturing and assembly of factory equipment and plants, etc.
