We are involved in public wireless system-related equipment, as well as contract development, material procurement, manufacturing, and inspection.
Tokyo Radar has a wealth of experience in the development, design, and manufacturing of mobile communication systems, primarily focusing on wireless base stations, small wireless terminal devices, and public utility wireless systems (such as train wireless systems, fire department wireless, and disaster prevention wireless systems). We are constantly challenging ourselves with the development of new technologies, including the development of control software for terminal wireless devices and the design of various hardware such as wireless and control circuits. Additionally, we respond to high quality and reliability through an efficient production system utilizing the latest cell production methods.
Business Activities
We have accumulated extensive achievements in the design development, prototyping, evaluation, and initial development support of mobile devices, becoming an important partner in the development projects of major manufacturers. We handle a variety of wireless communication systems, including train radio systems, disaster prevention radio systems, public utility wireless systems, and medical telemetry, from design and manufacturing to official testing and on-site adjustments. Our frequency range includes shortwave technologies like RFID to quasi-microwave technologies such as wireless LAN. We can accommodate a wide variety of small-batch prototypes to mass production with state-of-the-art production equipment. Our high-speed SMT line is equipped with the latest inspection devices using image matching (SMT: Surface Mount Technology). We possess production equipment for high-performance measurement and inspection devices. Our manufacturing technology allows us to develop essential jigs, equipment, and robots for the production line in-house.
