We manufacture and sell environmental recycling equipment, "Super Round Mill" and "Super End Mill."

Shinwa Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells environmental recycling equipment, specifically the "Super Round Mill" and "Super End Mill." Both products have the same functionality and are designed to perform the crushing process in a single step, from coarse crushing to fine crushing (Patent No. 4758028). We have been steadily conducting demonstrations for recycling devices for waste home appliances, motor cores, electronic devices, etc., and are advancing development to enable a variety of responses to the aforementioned three types of crushing, classification, and sorting processes with a single machine. The "Super End Mill" can crush small waste home appliances, laminated printed circuit boards, and wiring down to 0.3 to 0.5 mm according to requirements, allowing for the separation and recovery of valuable metals and plastics by particle size. To meet the diverse processing needs of our customers, we propose crushing technologies tailored to sorting through demonstrations of compatible crushing machines and appropriate sorting methods.
