Tanaka Industrial Co., Ltd. has a long history of 102 years as a manufacturing company. However, we are currently facing an unprecedented recession that occurs once in a century, and we are strongly feeling the difficulty and importance of continuing to exist as a company in this world. I believe this is a time when we need to adopt a mindset that sees this significant crisis as an opportunity and to elevate our motivation. It is essential to stick to the "monozukuri" (craftsmanship) passed down from our founders and to start with what we can do now. In recent years, resin and rubber products have played a role in replacing metal products, contributing to weight reduction and the complexity of shapes. However, the foundation of "monozukuri" is based on metal products, and this field has always held an indispensable position in any era. Currently, machines such as CNC lathes, machining centers, and the latest 7-axis control combined CNC lathes form the basis of our manufacturing. We find our value in contributing to society through "monozukuri" that successfully integrates traditional techniques with new processing technologies. We consider the inheritance of traditional techniques and the development of human character through work to be an important mission for our company, and we aspire to continue evolving as a company that serves as a vital bridge to the future.
