Business Activities
■ Machine Assembly by Chip Mounter We support a wide range of board assembly from discrete components to chip components, and chip components are mechanically assembled using a chip mounter. ■ Soldering Work In addition to soldering with an automatic soldering bath, manual soldering is also one of our specialties. Our workers, especially those with soldering skill certification, perform high-quality soldering. We accommodate a wide range from prototypes to mass production. ■ Cable and Harness Processing We can handle partial assembly, such as just assembly. We can also produce cables and harnesses in small quantities. We have various crimping tools, including those from Nichifu, Molex, and AMP. * For regular tools, consultation is required. ■ Control Panel Production By accurately capturing customer needs and responding quickly, we maintain efficiency while also being able to respond swiftly to detailed customizations and changes. ■ Assembly and Wiring of Electronic Devices We have a prototype development department that provides appropriate proposals and support when customers feel electrical concerns or the need for component replacement.
