In 1962, Hayashi Shokai Co., Ltd. was established in Osaka City, engaging in the sales of polyurethane and various mold components. As the demand surged alongside the rapid growth of Japan's automotive industry, the company steadily expanded its performance. Subsequently, it strategically developed its business by establishing a sales office in Hiroshima, solidifying its position within the industry. In 1987, the company changed its name to Hayashi Co., Ltd., welcoming a new era. In 1994, the Nagoya sales office was opened, enabling faster responses to increasingly diverse and specialized customer needs. The company continued to evolve, and in 2003, it successively established overseas business and sales engineering departments. Actively engaging in sales and procurement overseas, it also embraced "the evolution of manufacturing" by accommodating orders based on 3D drawings. A system was built from order receipt through to the production and delivery of custom-made products, providing customers with total cost benefits. Hayashi Co., Ltd. possesses the "responsiveness" to flexibly meet the needs demanded by the times. Now and in the future, we will continue to deliver joy to our customers and grow together with them.

Utilizing the unique "network" strength of a trading company, we propose products and services that contribute to the development of the press industry with higher added value, from procurement of standard mold parts to processing of 3D-shaped components, leveraging Hayashi's specialized skills. 【Standard Mold Parts】 Hayashi's standard mold parts are characterized by high quality, short delivery times, and satisfactory pricing. 【Shim Plates】 Achieving tolerances of up to ±0.001. With their high quality and a wide range of sizes, they are utilized by many customers. 【Gas Springs】 Power for molds. The BESTEC gas springs, which have a proven track record with major automobile manufacturers, are exclusively distributed in Japan. 【Custom Parts Processing】 We respond quickly and broadly with high precision and quality, from large 3D processing to small micron processing. 【ReKACO Restoration Processing System】 A restoration processing system that is not just about restoration, but about being reborn anew. Our engineers, well-versed in molds, provide improvement proposals. 【Urethane and Chemical Products】 Hayashi's urethane and chemical products include standard items delivered in a short time, custom items processed from provided drawings, and flexible responses.
