The "Self-Standing Gusset Pouch (Standing K Seal Packaging)" is an environmentally friendly standing package that pursues the reduction of resin usage. The advantages of traditional standing pouches with spouts include reusability and self-standing capability; however, the increase in resin usage and procurement costs due to the use of caps (spouts) cannot be avoided. The "Standing K Seal Packaging" utilizes technology from conventional roll film for bagging and filling, contributing to "efficiency and reduced procurement costs." For liquid-only packaging, the Onpack-2030AS series and 2530 are available. Conventional range-up pouches were mostly packaged using a bag-in-box method, but by performing bag-making, filling, and packaging directly from roll film within the packaging machine, we contribute to reducing material costs (a cost reduction of 20-30% per bag compared to bag-made products, according to our research). Additionally, it has become less likely for liquids to leak from the steam vent, even in food products that contain a lot of liquid. It is also compatible with standard pillow products. This packaging form is compatible with the Onpack-204BF.
