We can perform slitting on materials with a width of up to 1550mm and can process them into slitting sizes according to customer requests. We would like to introduce a case where measures were taken to address product curling through separator peeling and re-lamination. Curling caused by the material had occurred, but there was no response from the material manufacturer, and products were shipped with the curling as is. Customers indicated that products without curling are easier to use, prompting us to consider countermeasures. It was found that peeling the separator eliminated the curling, so we verified whether reapplying the separator would also be effective, and the results showed sufficient effectiveness. Additionally, since we were able to address the issue with reapplication rather than replacement of the separator, we implemented measures without using additional materials.
