We are currently developing the U-axis holder by applying the technology cultivated through many years of designing and manufacturing U-axis machining machines. The U-axis holder can be attached to machining centers and NC milling machines (BT40) for use. With U-axis drive, it allows for boring while moving in the radial direction, making it suitable for taper machining, threading, and stepped holes. The "Coining Air Leak Tester for Seat Valves" inspects the seat surface of the seat valve by coining it with a test ball and performs an air leak test. The workpiece and test ball are automatically fed one by one onto the jig table from each parts feeder. The set workpiece is tested after being coined with the test ball.
