The "NC Facing Type Pipe End Processing Machine" is a machine that processes the welding bevel shape of pipe ends. We are currently developing the U-axis holder by applying the technology cultivated through many years of designing and manufacturing U-axis machining machines. The U-axis holder can be attached to machining centers and NC milling machines (BT40) for use. With U-axis drive, it allows for boring while moving in the radial direction, making it suitable for taper machining, threading, and stepped holes. This can be realized as a custom solution for your existing machines without the need to purchase each composite machine body. *Note: Modification of the existing machine's dedicated spindle is required for implementation. *There are no delivery records yet, and it is still in the development consideration stage. We perform a series of processes including machining the inner diameter, outer diameter, end face, and threading of the cylinder, as well as the transportation, processing, and delivery of the workpiece. Equipped with a right unit for 500-type CNC facing, we have an automatic tool change device (ATC) that allows for the selection of tools based on the workpiece diameter and processing requirements, accommodating a variety of workpiece lengths (approximately 3000 to 14000 mm). To handle workpieces with diameters ranging from φ40 to φ400, we have adopted a two-pod type facing system. The two pods are positioned differently from the center of the facing, with Pod 1 processing workpieces from φ40 to φ200 and Pod 2 processing workpieces from φ200 to φ400, allowing a single facing head to accommodate various diameters. Before processing, we measure the workpiece center using an automatic touch probe measurement system and automatically correct the misalignment values in the Y-axis (vertical direction) and C-axis (horizontal direction).

This is a machine designed and manufactured for processing tube-shaped ship parts. The spindle head moves on the column in the left-right C-axis, up-down Y-axis, and front-back Z-axis. The workpiece is processed by the NC facing head, which machines both side end faces, the inner diameter, and part of both outer shapes. After this, the facing head is manually replaced with an eccentric axis boring head. The inner diameter section is processed by this boring head to create an eccentric R-shaped section for oil reservoirs. Large tube-shaped workpieces can be continuously processed on the same fixture without changing setups, allowing for efficient and high-precision machining.

The "Counter-Type Expanding Machine for Heat Exchanger Cooling Tubes" is a machine that performs tube expansion by inserting an expanding tool into the cooling tubes assembled and set on the tube sheet, allowing the outer diameter of the tube to be fitted into the holes of the tube sheet. The fixture for assembling heat exchangers is placed in the center of the machine, with the right unit (3-axis NC control: XYZ) and the left unit (2-axis NC control: XY) arranged oppositely to perform work simultaneously from both sides. This is an explanation of the processing machine for a small rear axle case made of steel plate welding structure (for 1-ton trucks). The processing process consists of two stages. The "Crankshaft Oil Hole Machining Machine" is a 4-axis machining center that efficiently processes oil holes in small crankshafts at right angles and with inclined holes up to ±40 degrees in the same operation. The jig unit controls the inclination angle through the Z1 and Z2 axes, and positioning for the depth of the holes is achieved through synchronized feeding of the Z1 and Z2 axes.
