We have been using liquid grease with thickening agents as an impregnation lubricant, but due to its high relative viscosity, sedimentation of metal powder in the oil occurred, leading to a persistent issue of metal powder adhering to the metal surface after impregnation. Therefore, we introduced our product. As a result, natural sedimentation of the metal powder occurred, eliminating the problem of metal powder adhering to the metal and the uneven attachment of lubricating components, thereby improving the product quality stability of the impregnated metal. In vehicle ignition switches, a malfunction occurred where hydrocarbon-based grease emitted smoke, causing the switch to catch fire. As a solution, we introduced our product. We introduced the fast-drying lubricant 'HANARL' in a dry semi-wet form and would like to present a case study of the "Semi-Wet Lubricant 03." In the assembly process, the task of fitting the packing requires a certain amount of force and involves issues such as twisting, making it a significant hassle for workers. Therefore, we implemented this product. As a result, by applying the semi-wet product to the packing, the lubricating component is coated in a thin film on the packing, making the fitting process significantly easier. The fluorine, which is the lubricating component, exhibits water-repellent effects, allowing it to prevent water intrusion more effectively than the packing alone. We introduced the fast-drying lubricant "HANARL" in a dry/semi-wet form and would like to present a case study of "Semi-Wet Lubricant 02." With the trend towards lightweight products and cost reduction, the use of resins has significantly increased. However, unique creaking noises can occur at the mating surfaces of the resins. To address this issue, we implemented our product. As a result, we were able to solve the creaking noise problem, which could only be addressed with lubricated-grade resins, simply by applying our product to standard resins, leading to significant cost reductions. We introduced the fast-drying lubricant 'HANARL' in dry and semi-wet forms. Here, we present a case study of the "Semi-Wet Lubricant 01." To prevent gear wear, grease is used as a lubricant on sliding surfaces; however, excess grease scatters around during rotation, contaminating other components. Thus, we implemented this product. As a result, by applying this product and forming a thin film, oil scattering was eliminated, stabilizing product quality. Additionally, the product can be applied not only with a dispenser but also with brushes or by dipping, significantly improving work efficiency. We introduced the fast-drying lubricant 'HANARL' in dry and semi-wet applications and would like to present a case study on "lubrication coating." Since the lubrication of exterior parts comes into contact with users' hands, lubrication plating and lubrication painting are the main methods. However, we cannot perform plating or painting in-house and need to outsource to painting contractors. Therefore, we adopted this product. As a result, we were able to form a durable film without any transfer just by applying it, eliminating the need for outsourcing and improving time efficiency. However, the grease, oil, and dry lubricants used in these products can seep out, leading to appearance defects. To address this issue, we have implemented our product. Since circuit boards and ICs are the heart of electrical products, they are significantly affected by water droplets and humidity.
