This is a device that automates the pretreatment process of microbial testing in the quality control processes of food and beverage manufacturers. The dilution factor can be adjusted freely in 8 stages (10-8). It can process up to 4 samples simultaneously and allows for continuous processing by rack units. The dispensing volume is controlled by dedicated software. By employing a plunger pump that can accurately adjust the discharge volume in the dispensing mechanism, high dispensing precision has been achieved.

It is compatible with the culture method using agar media as specified in the food hygiene inspection guidelines. It automatically performs the dilution of test samples and the dispensing and mixing of media for contamination indicator bacteria testing (bacterial count testing). The dilution rate can be set arbitrarily, allowing for a maximum of 8 levels of dilution. The simple operation, which does not depend on the operator's skill level, reduces human error and contributes to improved work efficiency.

It guarantees high accuracy and reproducibility with simple operations that do not require advanced manual skills. The software used for control supports various stepwise dilutions and the number of inoculations. Additionally, it is compatible with various media from film media manufacturers such as Neogen Japan and Kikkoman Biochemifa, so there is no need to change the media you are currently using.
