Our company was established in 1974. The original company name was "Seihō Metal Processing Factory," and we started our business centered around precision processing technology, producing metal connectors and electronic components. In 1990, to expand our market reach, we enlarged our factory and broadened our processing fields. Additionally, to enhance our technology, we introduced new equipment, including CNC lathes (Star and Citizen sliding head lathes, Escomatic automatic lathes, and several Miyano fixed head automatic lathes). We have over 30 years of processing experience since our establishment. To improve quality, we obtained TS16949 and ISO9001 certifications. While responding to the diversifying needs of our customers, we aim to be a comprehensive processing manufacturer capable of increasing production volume and ensuring quality consistency. Business Activities
Our company engages in development, design, manufacturing, and precision machining, and is a processing manufacturer certified for quality assurance. We conduct customized production of optoelectronic components, automation equipment parts, automotive and motorcycle-related parts, oil and pneumatic equipment parts, precision shafts, electronic components, and special parts machining. We adopt cutting-edge CAD/CAM systems to support research, development, and design, analyze products through three-dimensional model simulations, and provide the best solutions to our customers.
