Wada Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a company that specializes in the processing of cutting-edge medical device parts in small quantities and a wide variety. We utilize 12 CNC lathes, 9 vertical machining centers, 2 horizontal machining centers, 3 multi-tasking machines, 4 five-axis machining centers, and advanced 3D CAD/CAM systems to pursue high-quality and high-precision cutting processes. Recently, we have internalized the processing of internal gears using five-axis (skiving) machining. Through our unique network, we also accommodate integrated orders for gear processing, sheet metal work, and various surface treatments, responding to our customers' needs.
