We have been engaged in the sheet metal and can manufacturing business in Kyoto for 37 years. Thanks to your support, we were able to establish a new factory last year. Our company's appeal points: ● A four-factory system and manpower for short delivery times in "manufacturing." With three floors dedicated to sheet metal work and three floors for can manufacturing, along with six CAD operators and thirty welders, we can meet your desired delivery dates. ● Low-cost, high-quality "manufacturing" with the latest equipment in our new factory. Featuring the latest laser turret punch press with automatic transport for 5*10 size, simultaneous processing with eight tapping axes, and jointless processing, we ensure a smooth flow from blank processing to bending without delays. ● Reliable "manufacturing" backed by ISO certification and numerous skill qualifications. We have obtained ISO 9001/ISO 14001 certifications, with 54 certified JIS welding workers and four individuals holding first-class sheet metal qualifications. Currently, all employees are studying for QC certification. ● Reliable "manufacturing" through an in-house network production management system. The office and all four factory production sites are connected through a network. With production management software for process management, progress tracking, and history management, we record customer requests and respond quickly to delivery inquiries.
