Shin-Etsu Precision Co., Ltd. specializes in molding and processing products in various fields, focusing on two-color molding. To realize unknown manufacturing possibilities, we continue to challenge ourselves in the creation and exploration of technology. Our main equipment consists of various molding machines for two-color and single-color processes. The two-color molding machines have clamping forces ranging from 120 tons to 280 tons, accommodating various molded products, including automotive parts. The single-color molding machines have clamping forces from 40 tons to 110 tons, with the electric type particularly excelling in producing key tops for mobile phones and other items with very thin wall thicknesses.
