The nylon 6 monomer raw material "3NI-NYLON" consists of two components: a "main agent and a curing agent," with the polymerization speed adjusted. They are each sealed in metal cans, allowing for heating and melting in the can, enabling immediate molding. The thermoplastic casting material "3NI-NYLON" (nylon 6 monomer raw material) developed and patented using the technology cultivated by the prototype workshop. The nylon casting system NT series was developed to maximize the performance of 3NI-NYLON. This marks the birth of a groundbreaking solution capable of responding to advanced technology and diversifying needs. We provide total support for the raw material system, molding equipment, and molds. "3NI-NYLON" is a revolutionary solution that allows for the direct molding of products such as automotive parts, machine parts, round bars, sheets, and pipes by polymerizing and solidifying a liquid raw material primarily composed of nylon 6 monomer raw material within the mold at temperatures below the melting point of nylon 6. It excels in mechanical properties, thermal properties, and machinability, making it suitable for lightweight applications. Additionally, the raw material has good fluidity, allowing products to be molded under atmospheric pressure, which enables the use of inexpensive silicone molds with shorter production times, facilitating quick delivery and small-scale production.
