This course will address the corporate response to the new requirement of DPP as a future challenge, while explaining the trends in environmental policies occurring in the EU and elsewhere, the essence and trends of individual laws, and the concept of management systems that accept change, divided into three sessions. Session 1: [Understanding Basic Requirements] - Completed Session 3: [Experience Session] (Scheduled for November) ★ Session 2: [Understanding New Trends] We will explain the trends of new regulatory laws that are in high demand among compliance officers, not only in the EU, the United States, and Asia where Japanese companies are expanding, but also in new markets such as South America, Oceania, India, and Middle Eastern countries. Common themes such as PFAS and packaging materials will also be explained in a comparative format across countries. Target Audience: Compliance officers regarding product regulatory laws.

We will provide basic knowledge about the microorganisms necessary for power generation and the structure of microbial fuel cells, along with the latest research developments. During the lecture, you will have the opportunity to observe demonstrations of currently researched microbial fuel cells and create mud batteries to see how power generation works.
