This consulting service addresses various management issues faced by our clients, starting from understanding and analyzing the current situation, setting challenges, and proposing improvement measures. Our area of expertise is in "box business" (such as inns and paid nursing homes), but we can also collaborate with small and medium enterprise consultants who are strong in the manufacturing sector, so we welcome inquiries from the manufacturing industry as well.
