The "FISTA" is a cleaning machine that minimizes solvent gas leakage by attaching a pass box to the basket's input and output and using a double-door structure. The solvent evaporation loss is reduced to 1/2 to 1/10 of conventional machines. The pass box is equipped with a solvent gas recovery function using a refrigeration unit, which condenses and recovers the solvent gas inside the pass box before opening the outer door. 【Features】 ■ A pass box is attached to the basket's input and output, featuring a double-door structure. ■ Solvent gas leakage is minimized. ■ Standard specifications include a built-in refrigeration unit (-20°C). ■ The solvent recovery rate is higher compared to conventional chiller cooling. ■ Ice is less likely to form on the cooling coils at the opening of the cleaning tank, and any ice that does form can be melted by stopping the refrigeration unit at night, allowing for refrigeration unit specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
