The "VAC ELIOS" is a vacuum electrolysis ultrasonic cleaning machine that can clean narrow blind holes, fine holes, slight gaps, and recesses on the underside that traditional electrolysis ultrasonic cleaners could not clean. When there are blind holes or recesses on the underside of the workpiece, traditional machines create air pockets that prevent cleaning, requiring the workpiece to be flipped and cleaned twice. However, this product can clean in one go. "Gildeon MAX 11/33" is an economical electrolytic cleaning solution with excellent metal cleaning properties, equipped with rust removal and smut removal capabilities. "Gildeon CO-412" is a water-soluble liquid rust inhibitor manufactured with a blend of fatty processing agents and amine-based rust inhibitors. When used in quenching and tempering processes, it is effective for cleaning carbon and dirt from the surface of steel plates and provides rust prevention, with easy wastewater treatment.
