Nakahata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 with the aim of press processing for consumer electronics. Since then, we have challenged ourselves with precision sheet metal, laser processing, and turret punch processing, adapting to the progress of the times. As a result, we have grown to be able to consistently accept orders from prototyping to assembly. With the globalization of the industry, short delivery times, high quality, and cost reduction have become standard. We aim for customer satisfaction, subcontractor satisfaction, and employee satisfaction by maximizing our own equipment, know-how, and the cooperation of our subcontractors, rather than simply pursuing cost reduction. At Nakahata Manufacturing, we focus on cost reduction for small lots. We actively propose cost reduction solutions by suggesting press QDC type (cassette type) to customers currently processing with laser and turret punch. For products that cannot be made without molds, we create simple bending molds in-house, striving to produce high-quality products at low cost.
