We specialize in thin materials and split processing using large vertical lathes. Please request round items up to Φ2000.
Our company is a small factory in the downtown area, but we are equipped with a large NC lathe capable of processing large diameter parts up to 2 meters, thin SUS rings, and large discs that require splitting. Large-scale turning is our specialty, and we process many items ranging from Φ600 to Φ2000. Additionally, we also offer can manufacturing and sheet metal processing, leveraging the know-how we have accumulated since our founding.
Business Activities
Since our establishment in 1987, we have been striving to create a system that allows us to consistently handle everything from production technology for parts used in various industrial machines to can manufacturing, sheet metal work, and machining. Additionally, we are engaged in processing aimed at completing individual items in collaboration with numerous partner factories. In particular, in the field of large-scale turning, we have received many requests from customers and excel in thin and split large-diameter turning.
