Terakata Works Co., Ltd. was founded in 1946 by Isao Terakata in Osaka as a mold manufacturing company. Over time, the products we produce have transitioned from gas equipment, micro switches, limit switches, facsimile cutters, capacitors, printers, register cutters, and computer display parts to currently include piston rings, pneumatic equipment, hard disks, mobile phone hinges, and automotive control components. Additionally, the manufacturing process has evolved from punching and bending thin plates to forging techniques that shape thick plates in three dimensions. However, our philosophy towards manufacturing has remained unchanged since our establishment. Terakata Works aims to consider processing methods for products demanded by the times and to establish originality that cannot be imitated by other companies. We are dedicated to overcoming high difficulty levels and pursuing high precision, utilizing all the accumulated know-how in our products, and putting our full effort into developing manufacturing methods for press parts that achieve an exceptionally high standard, making them hard to believe they were made through press processing.
