In this case, we proposed an optimal plan tailored to the site conditions, achieving both cost reduction and efficiency. 【Case Overview】 Target: 150A (PVC) piping with a total length of 50m in an electronic components manufacturing factory Objective: Improvement of equipment functionality due to reduced flow rate within the piping Challenge: The targeted piping had a complex structure with numerous elbows (bends), making conventional cleaning methods difficult. Effect: In just 8 hours of work, we removed 5m³ of sludge from the piping and completely restored the flow rate. This normalized the factory's equipment functionality and prevented any impact on production. Working Time: 8 hours Number of Workers: 7 Work Details: - Utilized the water pressure from the fire pump to introduce a pig ball into the piping. - The pig ball passed through the piping, pushing out the internal sludge. - The expelled sludge was collected by a vacuum truck.
