This is equipment for automatically fastening two types of bolts for substrate fastening.

Remove the circuit board from the magazine for substrate transport and assemble it onto the workpiece on the pallet. The magazine loaded in the upper section will be discharged to the lower section when the circuit board is empty.

The workpiece can be removed, FIPG applied, FIPG image inspection conducted, workpiece assembly performed, and bolt fastening executed. Conveying pallets on a conveyor belt. This is a workbench for manual assembly and manual bolt fastening. The nut runner is equipped with weight assistance from a spring balancer. <Specifications> Nut runner: NA979-C00-0 (Estic)

Lift the workpiece, invert it, and return it to the pallet. Equipped with a shift mechanism for lifting, lateral movement, and workpiece inversion, along with a counterweight. The drive has low thrust, allowing it to be stopped by hand. <Specifications> Workpiece weight: 3 kg or less

This is a workbench for manual assembly and bolt fastening. The bolts can be fastened horizontally. The nut runner can be held on the X-axis and Y-axis.

This is an automatic machine that can remove workpieces from the pallet, apply FIPG, conduct visual inspection for FIPG application defects, assemble workpieces, and tighten bolts.
