Bukinokata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been consistently engaged in the design and production of molds for plastic injection molding since 1968. Initially, we received requests for the production of molds for various plastic products, but recently, customer demands have become more advanced, including nano-order surface precision, end mill processing below 0.1 mm, machining of difficult materials such as Elmax and Inconel, and fine processing of carbide. While inheriting the mold-making techniques cultivated by many predecessors, we aim to be a company that is trusted and regarded as reliable by our customers, without neglecting the challenge of new technologies such as ultra-fine processing and high hardness/difficult material machining.
