Toa Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a company with a 40-year history in the design and manufacturing of gyoza-making machines. During this time, we have delivered 600 fully automatic gyoza-making machines for food factories and 4,000 small machines for retail stores. To preserve the taste and tradition of our customers, all the gyoza-making machines we provide are custom-designed. After creating a prototype, we actually make gyoza using the customer's wrappers and fillings, allowing them to test the taste and texture before delivery. Since we handle design development, manufacturing, and sales in-house, we can accommodate customer requests for even a single part. In particular, the design of the pallet that wraps the gyoza and the portioning of the filling are meticulously crafted to faithfully realize the unique characteristics of the customer's gyoza. We keep all specification data from past sales, and with our extensive inventory as a manufacturer, you can trust us to handle any unexpected breakdowns with peace of mind. We also respond to inquiries about upgrading machines and surrounding equipment. Toa Kogyo is actively engaged in maintenance training at our factory. We will continue to pursue the technology to "wrap" gently, softly, and beautifully, as if done by hand.
