Alpha Corporation specializes in metal machining. For our area of expertise, deburring, we use our own uniquely developed equipment that allows us to flexibly remove burrs of about 3 to 5 microns along curved surfaces in a semi-automatic manner. We utilize deburring machines tailored to the shape of the products, enabling efficient burr processing. With advanced know-how and in-house facilities, we have established a system that can respond to a wide range of requests, from single items to mass production. We also flexibly accommodate conditions such as cost and delivery time. Above all, we prioritize quality and strive to develop new and innovative technologies. We can handle everything from small lots of various types to mass production, with a quick turnaround. Using double-sided grinding machines, we can process products with a maximum diameter of φ200 on both end faces simultaneously, achieving parallelism, flatness, and overall length dimensions within 5μm.
