Nozaki Press Co., Ltd. has established a consistent production system that encompasses press mold design and manufacturing, metal pressing, welding, and assembly, responding to a wide range of customer needs. Additionally, leveraging the characteristics of the Sanjo-Tsubame region, we can also undertake outsourcing for items such as painting, plating, and resin molding. In the Press Division and the Single Shot Team, we manufacture parts for air conditioning and heating equipment (such as air conditioners and oil heaters), office automation equipment, IT equipment, and automobiles through a streamlined production system. In the Production Technology and Mold Division, we focus on the core of pressing, which is the design and manufacturing of molds. We are equipped with CAD/CAM (4 units), CAD (1 unit), wire electrical discharge machines (3 units from Sodick), and a machining center (1 unit from OKK), enabling us to respond quickly to short delivery times.
