Main plating products include: Rubber and plastic molds. Semiconductor encapsulation molds. With the miniaturization of devices like 5G, we respond to the demand for precision and strict dimensional tolerances. Our thin plating reduces the burden during assembly with a smooth finish that requires no post-processing. For molding molds, we improve release properties, implement corrosion prevention against gas, enhance hardness, and improve maintainability. Our solutions are effective against gas corrosion for materials such as POM, PPS, PEEK, nylon-based materials, PBT, antibacterial ABS resin, and mixed materials.
