Shimada Manufacturing Co., Ltd. utilizes CNC multi-tasking lathes, NC lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines to manufacture and process precision parts made from materials such as SUS, steel, non-ferrous metals (titanium, brass, aluminum, etc.), and resins. Leveraging over 70 years of technology and experience since our founding, we are also committed to nurturing talent and striving to create products that meet all customer needs. Additionally, during meetings, we offer suggestions on materials and dimensional tolerances that can lead to cost reductions. Our company has a long history of producing numerous shafts and related components for small to medium-sized automotive motors, and we are confident in our shaft and pin processing capabilities. At the same time, we are actively entering new fields, processing parts for cutting-edge businesses, including automotive components, hydraulic parts for construction machinery, medical device parts, and robot-related components.
