"SHOWAi-Logic" is an automatic control unit for valves that senses and controls fluid conditions by itself. It is equipped with various sensors such as pressure, temperature, and flow, as well as a PLC. This allows for various automatic controls to be performed by the valve alone. We have heard many cases from customers regarding swing check valves installed near pump discharge outlets that have extremely short lifespans due to wear. In response, our company has independently developed this product, which achieves a longer lifespan through a structure that differs from conventional JIS standard products. Generally, stainless steel is often used for seawater lines, but there are concerns about pitting corrosion. The ES-type soft-seal partition valve developed by our company features a body made of FC material coated with nylon, and the valve body is a soft-seal valve lined with rubber. Additionally, the valve stem (SUS304) is also nylon-coated. This prevents metal from coming into direct contact with the fluid, thereby preventing the occurrence of pitting corrosion. Furthermore, in terms of cost, it allows for a more affordable solution compared to stainless steel products. We also offer a short face-to-face type with the intention of replacing butterfly valves.

The "large valve (ring set type valve)" is a large valve that simplifies maintenance by allowing the valve seat to be replaced on-site, separate from the valve box. The simplification of valve maintenance and the ability to replace the valve seat extend the lifespan of the valve.
