• Prototype Services

This is a device for automatically packaging products that are coiled, such as wires and cables, using film or crepe paper. Depending on the shape, size, weight, and other characteristics of the product, we can propose various types of devices, including vertical, horizontal, and diagonal models. We create 3D drawings based on past achievements and provide optimal proposals while sharing information and images with our customers. In addition to selling the paper-wrapping device alone, we also accept consultations that include the design, manufacturing, and installation of packaging lines. This is a cost-effective wire electrical discharge machine that uses molybdenum wire for the electrode wire, allowing the drum to rotate in both directions and reuse the wire without disposal. Molybdenum wire has high toughness and excellent durability, making it less likely to break even when processing workpieces with internal holes or cavities, allowing for smooth machining. Additionally, it features a flow-through system that does not fill the processing tank with machining fluid, making it easy to check the machining conditions and enabling the processing of long workpieces that do not fit in the tank. We have already installed multiple units in our factory, and it has become an indispensable machining machine.

• Electric discharge machine

We conduct custom production of various NC machine tools such as CNC composite lathes, CNC lathes, five-axis control machining centers, and wire electrical discharge machines, including machine parts like injection molding machine components, rolled products, and turks heads. Even for small orders, we carry out each task meticulously from processing, inspection, packaging, to shipping. We accommodate a wide range of materials, including carbide, special steel, and difficult-to-cut materials. We also handle various dies made from carbide, ceramics, and diamonds.
