We accept orders starting from just one piece, so please feel free to contact us. ◆ Wire Cut Electrical Discharge Machining ◆ We use three FANUC wire cut machines to accommodate various processing needs. The usual delivery time is about three days after the order is received. Depending on the processing content, quantity, and time required, it may take longer, but generally, we will start processing by the day after or the day after that following the order. Tsukada Co., Ltd.'s "Fine Hole Electric Discharge Machining" uses fine hole electric discharge machines to create small holes in hardened materials, etc. The basic diameter uses a 1mm electrode, but by changing the chuck, it can accommodate diameters from φ0.5 to φ3.0mm. *Diameter accuracy is not very precise. We would like to introduce the durability test results of Tsukada Co., Ltd.'s "CFRP Drilling Process." 【Test Overview】 A durability test was conducted by continuously performing 5000 punches on a 1.0mm thick CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) plate, drilling holes with a diameter of 2.0mm without any maintenance on the mold. 【Test Results】 Without performing any maintenance on the mold, we successfully drilled 5000 holes in the CFRP plate using a single punch. ■ By setting 10 drilling punches in one type, it is possible to process up to 50,000 holes without maintenance! *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
