The SPRF series is a next-generation three-phase input filter choke coil developed by CKS, which achieves miniaturization and high quality and performance compared to conventional products by adopting a hexagonal core structure. This unique shape optimizes the magnetic flux distribution and maximizes the utilization efficiency of the core material, allowing for high inductance and excellent thermal dissipation even in limited spaces. Additionally, significant improvements have been confirmed across the entire frequency versus impedance characteristics, particularly demonstrating excellent noise suppression performance in the 150kHz to 10MHz range, which is problematic for noise terminal voltage. Furthermore, by optimizing the structure as a three-phase input filter, it shows high attenuation effects for both common mode and normal mode noise components, contributing to the overall improvement of power quality in the system and enhancing compliance with international EMC standards. The SPRY series is a groundbreaking high-current reactor that simultaneously achieves "noise reduction" and "reduction of stray capacitance," which have traditionally been difficult to reconcile in conventional reactors, by integrating CKS's unique low-noise technology "CROSS-TRANS" with high-current edgewise coils. The CROSS-TRANS technology fundamentally suppresses noise sources through the assurance of magnetic flux symmetry and optimization of current paths. This simplifies EMI countermeasures for the entire power supply circuit, contributing to increased design flexibility and cost reduction. Furthermore, the adoption of edgewise coils optimizes the distance between conductors, significantly reducing stray capacitance. It maintains stable inductance characteristics even in the high-frequency range while achieving suppression of switching losses and high efficiency. Additionally, the new structural design, which is currently under patent application, excels in heat dissipation and mounting capability, enabling high performance in limited spaces.

The SPRZ series is a high-performance reactor that achieves excellent DC superimposition characteristics in high current ranges by adopting a ferrite core. By enhancing resistance to magnetic saturation, which has been a challenge in conventional reactors, it maintains stable inductance while enabling efficient power conversion even in high current environments. This series was developed to meet the high power requirements in the rapidly expanding fields of distributed power sources and energy storage, such as EV fast chargers, home energy storage systems, and V2H (Vehicle to Home). In particular, its excellent DC superimposition characteristics help suppress fluctuations in current waveforms in switching power supply circuits, contributing to the overall stability and reliability of the system. Furthermore, by adopting a unique shape that is currently under design registration application, the product is designed with consideration for heat dissipation and mounting, aiming to set a standard for next-generation reactors that can handle high power in limited spaces.
