Since its establishment in 1963, Toyo Chemical Co., Ltd. has consistently engaged in the thermoforming of plastic sheets. We have actively incorporated the latest technologies and introduced pressure vacuum forming from the early stages. Today, our molded products are widely used in various fields. In recent years, the state-of-the-art molding method known as Twin Composite Forming (TCF) has been developed, and we have completed its installation in line with the completion of our new factory. We have a system in place that can accommodate any request, from small-batch production to mass production, so please take advantage of our cost-effective vacuum pressure forming and Twin Composite Forming.
Business Activities
■ Manufacturing and sales of various OA equipment, computer parts, medical device covers, and interior and exterior parts for transportation equipment using pressure forming and vacuum forming of plastic sheets. ■ Manufacturing and sales of lighting covers using heat press forming and blow molding. ■ Manufacturing and sales of various indoor and outdoor displays and signboards. ■ General processing of plastic sheets. ■ Additionally, we also handle a wide range of plastic products including handmade prototypes, injection-molded products, 3D light-formed products, and irregular extrusion-molded products.
