We will respond to the shortening of the development period for trial castings! Advanced mold making using CATIA and machining centers!
Wood pattern design using 3D CAD/CAM (CATIA V5). We have achieved a reduction in processing time with our in-house developed chemical wood-specific end mills. We manufacture wood patterns for casting used in prototype development for automobiles and motorcycles, robot arms, medical devices, manholes, and water pipes for mass production castings, as well as industrial design models and FRP master models. We respond quickly to short-term production and design changes.
Business Activities
Mainly manufacturing wooden patterns for prototype aluminum castings for automotive engines, as well as wooden patterns for large machinery, ductile cast iron pipes, manholes, press ZAS molds, and full mold types. We also handle the production of design models for decorative concrete, stone materials, medical devices, and more. We accommodate aluminum, cast iron, and cast steel. We also accept orders for cast products. Since 2017, we have started offering 3D digital measurement and reverse engineering services. In 2018, we began providing 3D printing output services. Currently, we are engaged in casting using the lost wax method and 3D sand mold RP (layered) techniques. We aim to differentiate ourselves with specialized technology focused on cast products.
