Here is an example of a foam board model for a three-dimensional sign. Unlike regular signs, it can reproduce designs with contours, making it noticeable from a distance and effective for exhibitions and store promotions. The foam board three-dimensional sign is lightweight, making installation easy. Due to its lightweight nature relative to its size, it is less likely to cause accidents if it falls, which has been positively noted. Please feel free to consult us about any size, design, or painting needs. 【Production Examples】 ■ Signs for internal use ■ Welcome boards that can be used for weddings and parties ■ Decorative items that can hold a tablet device inside *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is an example of a Styrofoam model of a classic car that we created. We manufactured a model of a car from the time our company was founded in 1927, at a scale of 1/3 of the actual size. Each part of the miniature model was scanned individually using an ATOS (non-contact optical 3D measuring device), and the acquired data was used to cut the Styrofoam for the model. It consists of approximately 100 parts and faithfully reproduces the internal structure in Styrofoam. 【Case Overview】 ■ Total Length: 140 cm ■ Weight: 1.3 kg ■ Features: Internal structure of the Styrofoam model reproduced in detail *For more information, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Full Mold Casting Method" is a casting technique in which a polystyrene model is replaced by molten metal to create the final product. Casting is performed by replacing the model with molten metal while the mold is filled with a disposable model, resulting in the creation of castings. Since wooden molds are not required, the lead time for single items or small quantities is shorter and costs are lower. This method is suitable for prototypes, single castings, and artistic castings. Additionally, there are no maintenance costs, and the product shape can be confirmed at the stage of the polystyrene model. 【Features】 ■ Faster lead time compared to wooden mold casting methods ■ Capable of vertical startup due to ownership of numerous NC machines for processing polystyrene models ■ No need for storage costs or maintenance fees unlike wooden molds ■ Product shape can be confirmed at the stage of the polystyrene model ■ Design changes are easier compared to wooden molds *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
