During the approximately 200 years of the Sakoku (national isolation) period, "Nagasaki and Dejima" was the only trade window open to the West in Japan. Sanwa Shoji Co., Ltd. began its operations in Dejima in 1973. As a comprehensive industrial technology machinery trading company, we have a diverse range of clients, from major heavy industries in Nagasaki to large and small enterprises. In our dealings with companies of various sizes, we hold onto a belief that we never forget: "To support manufacturing, we must be close to our customers and face their needs."
