In JUKI's contract development and manufacturing business, we provide our expertise and capabilities in design, development, and manufacturing of mechatronics products, precision machining for difficult-to-cut materials, comprehensive services for sheet metal, welding, and painting, lost wax precision casting for special alloys using vacuum melting furnaces, smooth casting surfaces with FC/FCD sand casting, heat treatment and tool manufacturing, forging, and more, all cultivated through the development and manufacturing of industrial and household sewing machines and surface mount devices, to support our customers' product development and manufacturing.
